Tableau Developers post – 2 Tabular Reporting post – 1 Experience and Qualification • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science/ Analytics • At least 3-4 Years of experience (preferably in Telecom) • Excellent analytical skills to analyze business needs. • Problem-solving skills to resolve the issues that appear during development. Job Description • A strong understanding of best practices across all social media platforms • Continually assess and audit web analytics effectiveness • Measure and analyze marketing channel and campaign performance to enhance effectiveness (e.g., Web, SEO, Paid Ads, Affiliates, Email, Social Media, etc.) • Implement on-site analytics changes. Make scope changes, use processing rules and create new classification rules • Work with the Business Intelligence Director on design of site experiments, implementing and testing opportunities via Personalization or A/B testing and researching new data sources • Leverage on-site data for funnel conversion optimization, identify opportunities for improvement • Closely work with team to develop performance dashboards and visualizations. • Collaborate with Global Digital Director on insights from audiences engaging in other Product tools to inform conversion opportunities and growth • Support the team on implementing additional analytics toolsets • Use project management techniques to ensure all changes are delivered on time, to scope and to budget. • Create a data governance framework and roadmap for analytics, giving guidance where required • Data-driven storytelling skills – you create and deliver compelling presentations with outstanding visuals • Establish a cross-channel, integrated reporting framework identifying key growth metrics • Strong technical abilities with SEM, SEO, SEA and skills specific tool knowledge HootSuite and Google Analytics, Power BI, 365 dynamics, 365 CRM and powerapps. • Lead the build of cross-channel dashboards through use of data visualization tools • Basic experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML • Support work on integrating digital data with other data sources • Strong Web Analytics proficiency is required – A/B testing / usability / UX etc. • Share insights and reports to senior management and other internal stakeholders • Provide guidance and lead training sessions to crossfunctional partners and global counterparts on digital analytics best practices to promote dashboard adoption, monitor usage, gather feedback, and maintain alignment across Fagron brands and regions • Ensure that analytics data is accurate and there is sufficient monitoring in place to spot issues How to
