He/she will oversee all Business Analysis activities, ensuring project goals are met. The successful candidate will be adept at problem-solving, have strong leadership skills, and possess a deep understanding on finance domain how to use business intelligence to achieve operational excellence.If you enjoy leading modules independently, teams and task assignments, and are knowledgeable in leading Business Analysts across different products and the functionalities to be implemented in the application, then you will definitely enjoy working with us.What you will be doing:? Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts; provide ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities to maintain high levels of competence, creativity, and efficiency.? Guide and review all implementation requirements documents,? Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analysing data requirements.? Be able to conduct business process re-engineering,? Liaise with stakeholders and users to understand and document complex business needs and translate them into functional specifications.? Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making with respect to complex, high-risk business processes.? Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologiesWhat we are looking for:? 15+ years of business analysis experience in implementing banking software? 5 years of management experience? Conducting business analysis workshops experience? Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) can be advantageous.? Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting stakeholder interviews, and facilitating workshops.? Proficiency in using various business analysis tools and techniques.? Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.? Experience in leading or participating in cross-functional teams to implement business process improvements.? Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and users at all levels.? Proficiency in data analysis and modeling techniques, as well as experience with relevant tools and technologies.? Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail? Ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into actionable plans and requirements.? Project management experience, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.?
